Access to the Support Center

Have you just been denied access to part of the Support Center? The chances are you do not have a current Support contract for your Clearswift product. (If you do, please click here.) Access to the majority of areas within the Support Center is restricted to current Support customers only.

Clearswift offers its customers the ability to purchase Support & Maintenance contracts for each product, enabling greater protection of investment in the MIMEsweeper technology whilst encouraging peace of mind.

It exists to make sure that your Clearswift products will always provide your network with the most advanced protection available, safeguarding your organization against electronic threats long after initial installation.

We offer two types of Support & Maintenance: ClearSupport Direct (working directly with our global Support teams) and ClearSupport Alliance, (working with our accredited technology partners).
